For Outstation Organizers...

Milind is based in Pune - Maharashtra. All travel arrangements shall be done from and to Pune.  A concert or the tour will not be considered as confirmed, till Milind receives 60% of the performance fees as an advance.

Fusion Ensemble will not leave Pune city, unless and until it receives both way confirmed tickets or the total travel amount.

The remaining 40% of performance fees shall be given immediately on the arrival at the venue. In case of the organiser failing to do so, Fusion Ensemble reserves the rights of any change in the performance and schedule.

We request the organizers to e-mail/courier all detailed schedules, like relevant important addresses, hotel names, telephones and fax numbers, stage times, venue details etc. regarding the concert to us, before the travel date..

Travel :The preferred mode of traveling is via air. The possibility of other modes of travel, if necessary shall be discussed beforehand. With the performers two technical engineers would be traveling. These are the sound engineer and the lights designer. The Sound and Lights engineers are specially needed for the correct and desired effects and special effects. Although their involvement in the concerts shall be discussed beforehand.

On the arrival : We shall require minimum 2 big cars to pick us up and to drop us to the arrival / departure point. The cars should be of the size of a Qualis/ Sumo as there is equipment with us. There should be one Qualis/ Sumo with us throughout our stay only for our use.

Immediately after the arrival, it is advisable to decide the entire schedule of the following days till our departure. This helps in reduction of any ambiguity and miscommunication. In case of any change in the finalised plan, it should be discussed ONLY with the manager of the band and no one else, as it simply creates confusion.

Accommodation : We request a good and comfortable hotel [equivalent to a 4 star]. This hotel should be as near to the venue as possible and certainly in a quiet locality. We shall require 4 to 5 rooms, adjoining and on the first floor. The rooms should be temperature controlled [AC]. Customarily while registering in the hotel,  we receive a letter from the hotel, stating that the charges are going to be paid by the organizers or are being sponsored by the Hotel or similar and the musicians (guests) are not accountable for the same.

No part or portion of the performance shall be recorded in any format, Audio or Video or/and reproduced without a prior and separate agreement with Milind.
